The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing in the amount of United States fifteen million dollars equivalent from the World Bank towards the cost of the Hurricane Tomas Emergency Recovery Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project.
