Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Saint Lucia Geothermal Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward eligible payments under the contract for procurement of non consulting services for a Laser Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) Survey to Advise on Geothermal Exploration, in Saint Lucia. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants.
