Duration of Consultancy: Fifteen (15) months
The Consultant will be required to provide technical assistance to the Department of Economic Development with the construction and contract management, and supervision of the execution of works to ensure a) quality in delivery of the works contract, b) compliance by the selected contractor to the works contract and c) certification of all works. The consultant shall also ensure adherence by the Contractor to the ESHS (Environmental, Social, Health and Safety) requirements contained in the contract including the ESMP and other relevant information.
