The works consist of: 

Construction of Retaining Structures: Reinforced Concrete Cantilever Wall, Gabion Basket Wall, and River Training Works located along the Marchand-Entrepot River.

The site is located at Marchand, Castries, Saint Lucia, and is defined in drawings No.  SLU-2203-D-010-RSWEM.

Debriefing

Any Bidder who wishes to ascertain the grounds on which its quotation was not selected, should request an explanation from the Project Coordination Unit at the address indicated below.  A response in writing shall be provided explaining why such quotation was not selected.  If a bidder requests a debriefing meeting the bidder shall bear all the costs of attending such a debriefing meeting.
