1. The Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and Information
(Employer) hereby invites you to submit sealed tender for Works to Upgrade Morne Lay
By.
2. Tendering will be conducted through the open competitive tendering procedures
specified in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, No. 19 of 2015 (“the Act”).
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Ministry of
Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and Information and inspect tender
Documents at the address given below from 9am to 4pm Mondays to Fridays.

4. A complete set of the Tendering documents is available on the submission of a written
application to the address above beginning April 3, 2024.
5. Tenders must be labelled “Works to Upgrade Morne Lay By” and delivered in English to
the address below at or before 930 hours (9:30 a.m.) Wednesday April 24, 2024. Late
tenders will be rejected and returned unopened to the tenderers. All tenders will be
opened on 1000 hours (10:00 a.m.) Wednesday April 24, 2024 at 5th Floor Finance
Administration Centre, Pointe Seraphine in the presence of the Tenderers’
representatives who choose to attend at address below.
6. Tenders shall be submitted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC$).
7. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
8. Tenders must comprise:
(a) Form of Tender in accordance with the attached template which must be completed
without any alterations to the text;
(b) Documentary evidence establishing the Tenderer’s qualifications to perform the
contract; and
(c) Documentary evidence that the works conform to the Tendering documents.
