Scope of Contract:

The overall objective of this consultancy is to assess the most feasible option among the two (2) sites in the south of the island for the establishment of a sanitary landfill.  In that regard, the Consulting Firm will be required to determine the most appropriate, environmentally feasible, socially acceptable and cost-effective location for the development of a landfill.
